We were founded in 1962 by Leonard and Arlyne Geschwender. Although the ownership of the company has changed hands, the strong business ethics and integrity of the firm has been carefully carried on by its management.

Most of Geschwender Real Estate associates, like many licensees in Nebraska, received their Real Estate licensees from Randall School of Real Estate, the state's oldest and largest proprietary Real Estate school.By no coincidence, Randall School of Real Estate was founded by Arlyne Geschwender in 1969.
Geschwender Real Estate holds membership in the National Association of Realtors, Nebraska Realtors Association, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Services.
